Hi scotty, My mom has a 2014 jeep wrangler rubicon 3.8L 4wd automatic transmission with 50k miles. She claims she can smell antifreeze very strongly, but i checked the coolant and it was a little low but not below the low mark. I figured it was just the water pump had a weep hole and it was leaking that little bit of coolant. I don’t see puddles on the ground either.

well you should never smell coolant so start by getting the system pressure tested and fix the leak it always has a leak somewhere sometimes the simplest just replacing the radiator cap

Check for a leak at the heater core.
