When I take my Grand Cherokee skiing it is ussually cold on the road trip around -20 celcius. The 40 amp F05 fuse blows and the service air suspension light comes on. In regular -5 to 0 degree weather it does not blow.

Sounds like it just doesn't like the extreme cold. Air ride systems are complex and with yours being made by Fiat, I would not be surprised if it just pops the fuse due to climate.
