Good afternoon everyone hope all is well. 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with over 175,500 miles and still going strong. It all started today after I went out for lunch I noticed when accelerating I could hear transmission whine and how I can describe the whine it sounds like a supercharger used in high performance vehicles like the Trackhawk for example. It only happened once after I left the restaurant and happened a second time leaving from work but happened once. I can confirm the transmission temperature doesn't get high as it stays in the normal range and theres no rough or delayed shifts. What should I have a look at? The sound goes away after 5 seconds of driving.
