Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have had extensive experience with the 2019 JGC and was very satisfied with the performance. My biggest impression was the intuitive user-friendly control systems of the vehicle. What should I be wary of regarding this model? I am thinking of purchasing one (2017-20 model) and would like to be wary of any gremlins. Those of you who know should sound off. Am I enthralled or is the JGC a good bet for me and my family of 3? FYI we commute slightly but are in the northern US and tow lightly with a need for emergency road conditions. We live in rural conditions. Thanks for your detailed advice!

You can look here at some of the issues people have reported.  Keep in mind this gets updated as more time goes by and people have (and report) issues:

Anyhow, if you plan on keeping this vehicle for a long time and put hundreds of thousands of miles on it - I would not buy it!  Going off FCA products’ history including the Jeeps, they will become money pits.  I’d go with a Toyota, personally.
