Jetta 4 APK use a dictator management system, after dyno car it dont want to idle when starting, somebody tells me that it might be the cold start but dont know where cold start is located, mabe you can help with the problem why car dont want to idle, but when warm it idles but still starting hard

Well I have no experience with that particular car but almost all modern cars the cold start works by just pulsing the fuel injectors a little bit longer they no longer have an individual cold start valve that sprays gas into the engine.
I'm surprised Scotty, I thought you had at least at some point in time worked on Mk4 VW Jettas before. This particular one OP has uses a 2L 4 cylinder petrol engine that makes 115hp, the engine code being APK.
Yes this is correct the APK is the 2.0 8valve 4 cylinder engin.
