My 98 jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo has 249,000+ miles on it and shifts slowly when engine is 150°or so. Should I keep it or sell it?

Does it have sufficient transmission fluid? What is its condition? When is the last time the transmission was serviced?

If it is the AMC I6 engine, I’d consider keeping it. But that’s only because I nerd out over I6 engines. Hahahah.
