Kia Optima heat shuts off after a few seconds

Hello, my 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid has a problem with the heater. When I turn the heat on, the drivers side blows cold and the passenger side blows hot. This happens regardless of whether or not the dual climate is on or off. This leads me to believe it is the blend door actuator however the heat also shuts off every time after around 10 seconds. I am wondering if it could be an electrical or computer issue? There are no OBD codes or check engine light. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It would probably need a more sophisticated scan tool to get deeper into more of the systems to see what's happening with the thing shutting off after 10 seconds.

Mine gets pretty detailed. Anything specific you think I should look for?

Heater blower resistor, probably.
