I smell gas emissions coming from the front left side of the vehicle while it's running. Whether just parked or driving but mostly when it's hot outside around 90*f. Has been to the shop 3 times and still not taken care of. I believe the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. Has 167,000 miles on it and Vin # KNAFG526577038374.

there shouldn't be any raw gas smell at the exhaust. Even without a converter.
Replace your gas cap.

Where you have to find out where the smell is coming from. First, I would say do an evap smoke test on the evap system to see if the evap system is leaking.
