Hello my Kia Sorento is leaking, it’s coming from one of the radiator hose. Is there a way to fix it?
Get and install a new radiator hose. Refill the system with new coolant and burp the air out of the system.
No, on Kias when the radiator hose starts leaking you have to buy a new car.

Just kidding. Of course it can be fixed, just replace the hose.
Yes, replace the leaking hose. If you dry it off and wrap it with duct tape or gorilla tape, it might do a temporary patch job but it won't last long.
Just be careful when replacing the hose. Let the car cool off. Depressurize the system and save the coolant that spills out so you can put it back in. Get the right coolant to top it off. You may have to bleed the system. Watch Scotti's videos on coolant. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wA5yOijG6U
