I want to build a camper van.  Anyone know the inside cargo space (length and width) with both back row seats removed?  I cant find it anywhere online for both 2001 and 2009 Toyota Sienna.

its not multiple posts

They are two different questions

Both are asking in different ways about what vehicle is best for camper van conversion.

Please do not argue with the moderators. This is not the 1st time you've created multiple posts about the same topic. Just keep it all together in one post please. Failure to cooperate will result in being banned from the forum. Thank you.

Tacoma, IMHO.

Tacos can be expensive though

Tough time to ask this question.  Both new and used car values are distorted right now, and vans just might be the most distorted segment of all.  If you want to do a conversion, I’d be happy to just find something with a solid motor and transmission and keep an open mind about how to make your stuff fit.

See what you can find available local, and check out the van life forums to see what people have done with it.

I want to build a camper van or truck.  Which do you think would be the best vehicle as far cost, reliability and ease of repair/maintenance?  Which engines and what kind of transmission, manual or automatic?

98-03 Toyota Sienna

04-10 Toyota Sienna

Chevy Astro/Gmc safari

Toyota Tundra//tacoma (which engines)

96-2011 Ford Ranger (which engines)

There is no "best". It depends on what you're looking for. Budget, expectations etc.

My budget is cheap my expectations are reliability and ease of repair says right in my question

expectations with respect to what you plan to do with it...
paved camp sites? offroad? towing? alone? big family & dogs & bikes etc.

you can pick cheap OR reliable.

wow ... downvoting people who are trying to understand and help you. Alright figure it out yourself.
