Scotty got a kia sorento 2006 diesel 138k starting to blow black smoke had it serviced no faults used all the diesel additives still happening ran it for a while higher revs still nothing any suggestions?

Well black man's just running way too rich too much fuel you have a failure in your fuel system or your engine is worn out start with a compression test of the engine it's a compression test shows problems you got a serious engine problem if not see a diesel mechanic those aren't do it yourself repair jobs
Scotty ive had it looked at by independent garages and dealerships no-one can see any issues
