Is it safe to use Kirkland motor oil in my 2023 Ford F150 2.7 eco boost the 5 30 full synthetic?

If it meets Ford's requirements for that engine then of course it's safe to use.

Kirkland Motor Oil should be fine, but double check the oil standard for your car, and make sure it lines up with Kirkland.
