Hi Scotty, I have a 2002 Toyota Avalon Xls with 222,000 miles, and recently the check engine light came on with a P0330 code for a knock sensor. The car runs perfectly with plenty of power and no engine noises. Is this something that I should be very concerned about?

No. Do not worry about it since it runs without any issue.
