Knock sensors on red, 2011 Chevy Traverse 123000miles

My Knock Sensors are red. They're reading around 5.39 Volts and 8.17 Volts. What does this mean? Is it a cause of concern? What can I do?

Knock sensors give variable readings as the engine is running they're actually piezoelectric circuits and relatively complex to analyze needing a freeze frame oscilloscope to really comprehend if they are working or not. Static measurement of sensors like that are pretty much useless
