Hi Scotty, I have Toyota Avalon 2014, that makes a knocking sound near the passenger side front wheel well sometimes, specially when there are crosswinds it really gets loud. I live in St Louis, MO and would be glad to visit you if I had to. Please advice it really scares me and I love my car a lot, don’t want to damage anything, mechanics here they pretend that it is the tire friction noise. How’s that only one tire is getting all the frictions even after getting the new tires.

Lift the car and check the front suspension and brake system.

And check the inner wheel well liner. It could be loose. (That's the cheapest possible thing that can go wrong).
