Hi, I'm looking at a 2008 Volvo C70 convertible it has 102k miles and its $4,600. Should I make an offer?
What will this be? A daily driver or weekend toy?

only if a real pro mechanic like myself checks it out and says it's a good shape and I would offer a couple grand less and see how low they go if it checks out good

You shouldn't make any offer before running an enhanced diagnostic scan to screen for initial problems, a thorough test drive, a visual inspection (especially the undercarriage), looking for rust, water damage, leaks, etc. If you like it, have a mechanic who knows something about Volvos give it a go over.
