My 2008 Toyota RAV4 FWD has ~200,000miles. I’m not a car person and have been an idiot who does not know how to take care of a car, except never miss oil change. Recently, I discovered BK44 and poured a can to half tank of gas. One day later, I heard knocking sound under car when I started my engine 7 times out of 10 times. If BK44 helps clean the fuel system, is 15 years of gunk too much to handle??? Or it is not related to the fuel cleaner at all?

The fuel injector cleaner does not have to do anything with the knocking sound. The best thing it does is to clean the injectors not the gunk inside the engine. Take the car to a mechanic to diagnose the knocking sound.
