The power steering went out on my 2015 Traverse. Took it to one of the national chain places and they said the power steering pump was out. They replaced it with an OEM part and flushed and filled the power steering fluid. Steering is still a little funky, not smooth. The Chevy dealer that changed my oil / filter said the power steering line is leaking and they topped off the fluid. Why in the heck didn't the guys that put the new pump in see this?? And should I have it fixed or just keep adding fluid. It's an expensive repair.

That's your problem right there. Stay away from dealers and chain shops, find a good independent mechanic in your area. (With those chain shop guys it wouldn't be surprising if the pump didn't even have to be replaced.)
Take the car back and have them fix it.
