Do a compression test to find out for sure.  Any head gasket sealer is going to be a temporary fix if it works at all.  If the head gasket is leaking you need a new head gasket.

Clean the MAF sensor and change your air filter. How many miles on the car? Do you also have access to live data?

I have changed the air filter. i will clean the sensor now. thank

I thought so, quick fixes are not may typical approach. i followed some advice instead of just doing the work. I have a gasket kit here. Do you think i may have blown the motor?  Thx for the response

there is 230,000 on the car and this will be my third head gasket repair. First time solo.

You may want to have the heads checked for warpage at a machine shop. Although Subarus of that vintage are prone to head gasket failure that sounds a bit worse than normal.

Whether the bottom end of the engine has been damaged depends on whether coolant leaked into the oil, damaging the bearings.
