Hey scotty I'm Tyler Polich I am looking at getting a 2018 2500 HD Durmax silverado. I know the previous generation had some serious issues. They say that the first generations were the best duramax. But I'm needing something to pull a camper for traveling to different jobs around the country. Was wondering if you know of any serious problems with these trucks. Cause all I can find reviews on is the 2020 and 2021 models

Not a fan of any Duramax other than the 6.6 LBZ. You’ll have a mess of electrical issues as is a standard for GM. If you really want one I’d get a base model which will give you less features but as the saying goes… sometimes less is more.
