I know the Land Cruiser is made in Japan but are much more expensive than the Sequoia. What makes the Land Cruiser better than the Sequoia. The only thing I don't like about the the Land Cruiser is the two piece back hatch. Also I assume they are going to stop making the Lexus 570. I though the Scion brand was cool but my scion is titled as a Toyota. Are Lexus titled as Toyotas too? Supposedly the C HR was going to be Scion branded before they got rid of the brand. Both the Land Cruiser and Sequoia are very well built cars. The Land Cruiser is much more capable off-road and there is a bigger enthusiast following behind them because of their history - they are literally built/engineered like tanks and are meant to last forever. Also, a lot of people build them as overlanders when once they get older since they're so capable. Starting with the 100 series Land Cruiser, Toyota also made them more luxurious compared to the Sequoias, which are based on the Tundra.
