I have a Nissan rouge 2017 I bought brand new roters and pads and they are squeaking what should I do and also the steering colum boot is also squeaking

Low quality of brake pads. Did you buy cheap ones?

Well cheap pads off and squeak use akebono pads they do not squeak at all. As for squeaking steering column all that stuff is plastic these days most people live with a little squeak or if you can find where it rubs you get a little file and file off the rubbing part
