Flickering headlights

I have a 2013 Dodge Avenger with over 174k mileage on it and there are issues with LED light bulbs after installation for the front headlights because they were flickering, but a couple of friends of mine who are mechanics tried to remedy the situation by getting another set of LED lights with the antiflickering stuff on them, but the flickering keep continuing so I gave up and went back to original bulbs.  Super frustrating.  Is it wiring issues, compatibility issues, or light communication issues?

Usually it's compatibility problems. You do have to put a ballast resistor for them. You can't just put the bulbs in without ballast or sisters. But if even with ballast resistors flickered I'd go back to normal lights and leave it there
