Left wiper arm is shaking and i have rainX on windshield. Ive changed the wipers to new ones and even bought the OEM wipers and still does it. Why? It shakes and skips.

Have you checked to see if the bolt is tight?

It sounds like the ball joint linkage to that wiper arm is possibly worn out with a lot of play in it.
Maybe. I might take it to the dealer. I took a video of it and see if that could be the problem
Please find an independent mechanic. A dealer will try to rip you off.
