Hello Scotty. I am a relatively new Houstonian and i stumbled across your Youtube channel by accident. I have a 2012 Toyota Sienna that i bought second hand in 2015. It has a lemon law title. Will I be able to get any money if i sell it? I haven't had any problems with the van whatsoever. It has 102,000 and it runs well. 2nd how can i reasearch to find out what exactly was the reason it got the lemon law status? Thanks a million, i am a huge fan and i really like and appreciate your advice..Chris
Two things: try asking the DMV if they have a record of why the car is designated Lemon Law. If that doesnt work pay for a vehicle history report and see if that gives you some more information. Salvage and Lemon Law title cars do sell but for significantly less than market value.
