2002 Honda Civic EX automatic..192000 miles .I'm wondering could it be from the radiator hoses.. they get Hard and then when let air out it cools down. foot on the brake, I hear a sound and when I let go of the brakes the sound stops .. it looks like the sound starts when m.y foot on the brake.

What's the question here, is it about brakes or the cooling system? A complete sentence with a semblance of grammar would help us help you.
When you stop completely the sound of trrrrrr begins.
WHAT IS THE QUESTION HERE?????
