A few months back my 99 Ford Ranger blew a headgasket and I am getting a new motor for it and I know lift kits do more harm than good for the truck and wear out parts faster however I am in Montana where we get a lot of snow and its a 2wd truck. That being said I would like to level it out maybe on a 3 inch level and keep the same tires I have now that way I don't get stuck in the snow like I did this year because my truck is not that tall and the bumper hangs just a few inches above the concrete in the parking lot on base that gets pummeled with snow on the winter. Do you guys think a leveling kit would be better than lifting it and throwing it on bigger tires? I just bought open range all terrain tires back in February and am not trying to buy newer tires unless I have to. What would you guys recommend? I want it to be taller so I dont get stuck.
Make sure you're only pressing the submit button once. Thank you.

Well, you can level it if you want, but that kind of ruins the Dynamics of how the truck was designed in the first place. They make them that shape for a reason. But if you don't drive all that fast and you don't want to get stuck in the snow, go ahead
