I have a 2007 Lexus ES350 with 238,000 kilometres (148K miles) on the clock. During our first really cold snap (-35ºC) three months ago, the engine light and VSC warning light began to come on and the traction control stopped working. The engine continued running normally. When I borrowed a scanner and plugged it in last week I got the message, "Oxygen (A/F) sensor stuck lean (Bank 2 Sensor 1)" and C1201 (1/1) current." How do I go about fixing this problem and getting the traction control back?

Try clearing the code. If it stays off, the traction control should work. If the code comes back, you will have to fix the problem (possibly new O2 sensor) and then the traction control should work.
