Lexus Es350 change transmission fluid or no?

Hi Scotty, I just bought a 2011 Lexus Es350 with 104,800 miles. I don't know if the transmission has ever been serviced, should I get the fluid changed?

Yes, and then from now on change it (and the filter if applicable) every 40,000 miles.
