My 2010 Lexus ES 350 started being up and down "bouncy", so I bought 4 KYB combo shocks with springs, but before I have them installed, how do I know if more needs replacing, like control arms or other suspension parts?

Well, normally you don't have to those things are pretty well made, but you might have a mechanic. Check them out to see if there's any play or if any of the bushings are torn or cracked
