Depends on the mileage and your intention for keeping the car. 

I am not sure the mileage of the one you are looking at, I wouldn’t keep it past 150,000-200,000 miles;  that’s usually when the batteries and hybrid systems need replacement/repair and it can get very expensive.  Also, realize being a Lexus parts will cost more than a Toyota.  In addition, you will have to find a competent mechanic that can work on hybrids and then being a specialist it will be more expensive for repairs.  Which model are you looking at?  If you plan to keep for as long as possible and want less expensive repairs, I would recommend a regular gas version of it versus the hybrid.
