2007 Lexus LS460 150k miles engine received my car back from daughter so no knowledge as to what happened prior and she isn’t telling. It was running fine with only oxygen sensor issues. Now it sounds rough and is burning oil straight out the tailpipe. It is now a “fill oil check gas”. What might it be and is it worth the fix?

Well she probably overrubbed the engine and broke something inside. If it's running through that much oil. At least have a guy like May. Check it out to see if she destroyed the engine
