I have a 2013 Lexus ES 350. 150K miles. Runs perfect. I am a traveling sales rep. Literally 90% of the miles are Hwy miles. A) Do you still recommend 5K mile oil change or can I go longer ? I’m putting 4k miles on in a month.
B) Being out of town so much, what mileage would you recommend I trade it in for another?

You're fine the way that you are with maintaining your car when it comes to changing the oil.

I think you can push it to 6 or 7k

Depends on your budget. You could probably sell it for a good amount right now.
