Lexus rare sound and dead battery

Hi, I have a 2006 Lexus RX 400h with 97,000 miles. 2 days ago I left my inside door light on and the battery was dead the next morning. I charged it with a portable charger with no problem and drove the car for about 25 minutes. Today when I went to unlock the car with the key fob, there was no beep so I knew the battery was low again. But this time there was a repetitive sound coming from under the hood that sounded like windshield wipers. But the wipers were off. I was able the start the car with a portable charger with no problem. I drove the car for about an hour today but had to charge it each time I stopped. This evening I checked to see if the back windshield wiper was off and it was. When I entered the car in the dark, I heard the same repetitive clicking sound at the same cadence as windshield wipers again. I also noticed that the light on the key cylinder and the red security light on the center dashboard area we’re also blinking with the sound. The emergency turn signals were also flashing at the same rate. I used the light on my phone to confirm that all the lights and wipers were turned off. It all stopped when I put the keys in the ignition but of course the car would not start because the battery is dead. What do you think this is?

thank you,

Darlene

Hi bed cars are extremely complex and we have problems with the electrical systems basically the only thing you can do is replace the battery and pray.if you haven't replaced the small battery do it now if the large battery is dead you're going to have to hire a mechanic on that and pray he can recharge it with this fancy equipment and make it go through a bunch of tests using a fancy computer you will have to find a mechanic though who knows how to work on Lexus hybrids any normal mechanic will be as lost as you are
