No. I would pass. If there is no check engine light on the dash, the VSC light means that there is an issue with ABS system. If you need to have ABS on that car, for whatever reason, you gotta have a high level scan tool that can read ABS codes to find out the issue, otherwise, it is a huge risk buying that car.
