Lexus tripped PCM and O2 Sensor Codes

Topic starter

2006 Lexus RX400h with 190k miles and automatic transmission. My brother says his check engine light was on then when he hit a bump, it went off. There was no check engine light on but when I scanned it, code P0158 (O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage) and code P0606 (ECM/PCM Processor) were both showing up as DTCs. The scanner also says the car failed an evaporative leak test. Any ideas? Thank you.

Change the O2 sensor and check the grounds and wiring for the PCM and pray that the PCM is not faulty. For the leak, do you have any code?

No code for the leak, thank you for the advice.

You're welcome. Change the O2 sensor and reset the codes. Sometimes, one code could trip the others.
