my cars headlights flicker a bit and when i turn on all of the lights they flicker a bit more but this happens when car running at idle when the car is off they dont flicker any idea wat might be.?

The alternator is weak. Load test it.

Could be a bad connection or bad ground just about anywhere in the lighting circuit.

Loose connection somewhere or switch is failing. Also, it could be a bad relay.
