Hi, all. I absolutely appreciate everyones contribution in making this source of information possible for all to share. Question is._. I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma TSS 4x4 dual cab with 46240 rounds. I bought the truck with 43400 in 2017. I don't drive it often. I have other toys. I keep it topped off with ethanol free fuel and keep the battery charged. It is garaged, but cold in the Michigan winter. Am i doing enough? I am 56 and would like to make this the last truck I ever own. It sure is cool. When I open the garage door I feel like Michael J Fox in Back to the future. I am oiling the frame and body interior with great success but as we all know minimal use is a yin and yang deal across the board. I would appreciate any feedback and thanks again in advance. Regards, Jayman
I wouldn't keep the tanked topped up because I think gasoline spoils really quickly.
It sounds like you are doing a pretty good job.
Make sure you run the A/C system regularly. The seals go bad if not used.
I like to rub down all the weather strip with silicone grease to keep it supple.
Take it for an Italian tune up once in a while.

Thanx for the input. Sorry if I accidenty down voted your reply. I didn't mean to if I did. What can I say? I'm old._.
I do not put many miles on my vehicles. I keep the tank filled but I worry about gas going bad before I drive to empty so I keep Sta-Bil in the tank. I try the Italian tuneup about once a month.
I do cycle all accessories. Windows, heater, etc. But here in Florida the A/C is on all the time anyway.

Hi, I have been sold on the benefits of ethanol free fuel. I run everything I own on it with the exception of daily drivers. Can be mixed with 2 cycle for great longevity. Sure, it costs more but far outweighs the maintenance. Not attracting moisture in the fuel system is my main goal to ensure the likelihood of something starting when you'd need it the most. Less corrosive. Find a place near you that sells ethanol free fuel. Use it specifically for generators! You won't have carb issues as frequently if ever.
I empty my smaller gas tanks, like mowers, and clean lines. Did that even using pure gasoline. I just never know when I will be back and a clean fuel system is a good thing.
Good steps, even though you garage I'd keep it covered, low-cost cover on eBay $35.00. Take it for a spin once a week to delay flat-spotting tires.

Appreciate your input. Am considering lifting for that purpose.
