2001 Lincoln town car opinions

Hello, I am 18 years old and I am thinking about buying a 2001 Lincoln town car to a 2011 Lincoln town car as my 3rd car. My first car was a 2006 Lincoln zephyr that I absolutely loved until I got in a accident with a deer with it. My second car was a 1995 Lexus ls400 that i had, I sold it because it needed some rear end work and it had 331k miles on it.

I love big heavy American cars and I think the Lincoln town car is the way to go.

My question is how reliable are they. Is the typical repair cost minor, moderate, or high with minor being cheap as a Toyota or Honda, and high being as expensive as a BMW or Mercedes?

Thank you for reading my post! It's very much appreciated!

They are great cars. They are bit thirsty for gas but I think you won't be surprised since you drove a LS400. Regarding the repair cost, they are not expensive.

Good cars, but beware of HVAC problems that require complete removal of the dashboard to repair.
