Hi uncle Scotty,

My friend has a 2015 Toyota Land cruiser Prado 6cyl with 1,24,000 kms.  The guy has a specific love for prados and also has a 2001 Prado with 5,75,000 kms which he still uses for his rough drives to his construction site.

He has one specific issue which no mechanic has been able to solve for his 2015 prado. When he makes a U Turn, there is a high pitched squeal much like how a car with a bad belt would have when starting the car/cold start. There is nothing wrong with the parts as he takes care of it like a child. The dealership mechanics nor his friend mechanic seems to figure the actual issue. The parts are new and he only does mostly highway driving for the prado 2015.

What would be the reason. Also the 2001 prado has the same issue but it goes away when you fill up the air to 33 psi. However this does not work on the 2015 prado.

Well when you make a complete end-to-end turn and a U-turn with the steering and it makes a squealing noise it is the power steering system generally meaning that the staring box is somewhat worn straining the pump so much that it squeals. But if it's not there do my video finding the source of car noise Scotty. That device can find the source of any noise

will do that. Thanks Scotty.
