2018 honda civic auto start not working

2018 honda civic auto start not working. It cranks over starts and immediately shuts off. I changed fob battery and ruled out the hood latch by putting a wire in connecter. And did the compustar relearn where u get inside step on brake press remote b... Car has no valet mode.

All right first thing is that a factory auto start system or is it an add-on. If it's an add-on system the systems are often true garbage no one knows how to work on them the only thing guys know is to throw the whole thing away and put another one on under warranty. If it's dealer system hopefully you have a second entry key or keyless ignition fob. If you do try that they often just wear out.
