Scotty Recommended 2013 Honda Civic

I have been shopping for a 13 Honda Civic per your 5 recommended cars to look for. It seems like every one of these cars I go to look at and check out is throwing a 61-11 error code. I have tried looking up that code and there does not seem to be a clear idea of what that means. Should I continue walking away from cars with this code or is it meaningless?

Thanks

Hondas are ok till 100k or maybe if you really take care of it it can go 200k. After that it becomes an endless money pit. Toyotas on the other hand can last more than 300k miles if you take care of it. We have 06 Camry with 375k miles and it's still going strong.

That's disappointing, I thought Scotty was a big fan of this particular year Civic, and the reason I placed the Honda's above the Toyota's is the higher gas mileage. The Civic HF I am looking at right now is rated at 41 MPG while the Toyota's are only getting 32.

Yea and oh ok gotcha. I think those mpg are fake. If both civic and Corolla have 4 cylinder 1.8L engine how can the civic get better mpg than Corolla? Doesn't make sense. I would definitely get a Toyota over Honda. Cause Toyotas hold up longer than Honda does.

According to search it seems to be airbag-related
