Long term fuel trim

I have a 2011 Camry LE 4 cylinder 6 speed manual. The long term fuel trim bank 1 is running -12.5%. I’ve checked the live data a couple times in the last week or so. It gets a little better if I rev the engine. How can I diagnose the issue? Is there a simple fix? I’m not getting any codes but this doesn’t seem like something I should ignore.

Subtracting fuel means it's running rich if it's only one side odds are you have a bad fuel injector you can test those sometimes it's the simplest pulling out the spark plugs and if you want them is black and the others aren't it means that that injector is bad

Here’s the live data https://youtu.be/hdEvG-m8K2I

The plugs look ok. Could it be the up front o2 sensor? I noticed it has increased voltage on live data.

The oxygen sensor voltage readings is off. Replace it. Have you cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor?

Replaced o2 sensor bank b1s1 voltage still off. Put a can of royal purple in and ran it at high rpms for thirty minutes. Fuel trim is still crazy. See live data. Should I change injectors? Also replaced plugs.
