Hello, Scotty: The power steering was tough and noisy. Içve replaced the pump and used a hand-pump to suction off the fluid from reservoir, added new fluid several times until it appeared cleaner--never really nice an clean as in when in new fluid bottle--When I am done, it appeared cleaner but kind of foamy--It appeared to be driveable, but now it is really tight again. What should I do other than try to do a complete evac of old fluid by removing the hoses...Thanks in advance

Well first make sure you use the Honda Acura power steering fluid they're very sensitive about that. But if you put on a brand new pump and you still have the same problem you had before odds are your power steering rack is worn out causing the pump to work too hard and not operate correctly
I hope you properly bled the system of air.
