I read that my stft and ltft must not be above 10% or below-10% and thar values exceeding those indicate problems ( https://scanneranswers.com/read-live-data-from-obd-ii-scan-tools/#:~:text=The%20normal%20MAP%20sensor%20reading,wide%20open%20or%20full%20throttle).
How do I go about finding out what problems they are?
My stft is in the normal range. My ltft bank 1 and 2 are at 17% to 20% on idle. They go to normal range at 1500rpm and 2500rpm.
Thanks

Use carb cleaner and spray around your vacuum lines to find vacuum leaks. Listen for the engine RPMs to change. You might have a single hose completely detached. Listen for a sucking sound.
I checked for vaccuum leaks I couldn't find any myself. The initial live data reading was taken when the fuel was near empty.
After getting fuel and changing my transmission fluid, my new ltft reading is 7-13%.
What next steps should I do next?
I'm doing this for preventative maintenance.
Don't know if it's related but a weeks ago I had Code P0301 but my mechanic fixed it. He said something about a wet part of the engine that he needed to clean, charged me $80.
3 days ago code p0420 showed up and I poured a gallon of lacquer thinner, had it on 2500 rpms for 30 minutes. The code disappeared.
Drive out the tank of lacquer thinner-contaminated gas and put a few rounds of fuel injector cleaner in. Scotty has a brand he recommends, bur I forget what it is. It's a more recent thing.
Check for vacuum leak.

Contaminated gas emptied out. I'll be using fuel injector treatments per your suggestion
Found out my purge valve solenoid is sucking air when the electrical connection is plugged (see video: https://youtu.be/HQO8s9wgoHM) It doesn't suck air when it's unplugged. Could this be related?
How are your fuel trims when it’s unplugged? If it’s stuck open, it may cause the lean condition.
What do vaccuum hoses look like? I'm going to attempt a smoke test with a vape pen
Google search the specific one you suspect is leaking - https://www.rockauto.com/en/tools/hoses/lines+&+clamps,vacuum+hose,vacuum+hose,230
