I have a 2008 Toyota Sequoia with 221,000 miles and I noticed a rich exhaust smell. I ran my live data on my Blue Driver scan tool and it reads 10.7% on both banks. How can I fix this? Thanks

Did you change your air filter?

How can I fix this?

To fix the issue, you need to find the cause. There are many possible causes, so to narrow it down, you need to run tests.

For example:

  • smoke test the exhaust system for leaks
  • injector balance test (need mechanic with good diagnostic tool)
  • MAF sensor check
  • misfire check

I cleaned the Throttle Body and MAF. Air filter is new. At idle, I'm at 10.2 on bank 1 and 8.6 on bank 2. While driving, I'm around 5-6%

sorry, 10.2 what?
5-6% what?
