I have 2012 Accord LX-P, 4-Cyl 2.4L with around 50K miles on it.  Once in a while (very rare) I've noticed that my car doesn't start right a way.  So far, it happened 3 times in a span of one year.  My wife just told me the other day that the car didn't start right a way.  After that no issues and starts quick, as it always did.  Can't figure out what it can be.  Have new air filter, spark plugs look good (just checked one though).  No codes when checking with BlueDriver.  Can this be a sign of something?

Adding more details from OP here:
“As I have mentioned, I checked my car with BlueDriver scan tool (including live data). Everything is normal. No codes. I replaced battery 1 year ago. Battery and charging system checks out good using BT460 Autool tester. Mass air flow sensor is clean (checked). Fuel system was actually cleaned by the dealer less than 2 years ago. Throttle body is clean (checked). What's strange is this only happened 3 times so far. Wonder if something is with the fuel pump.
The way it happens, I turn the key on to start the car, the engine turns for 2-3 seconds but car doesn't start. On the second try, it always starts. In fact, it always starts within 1-2 seconds, or right a way. It's not a big problem since the car always started on second try, but it kinda makes me think...“

Low hanging fruit:  How old is the battery?  Have you had the battery load tested, and checked the entire charging system including the alternator?
