Thanks you guys for the responses on my previous question I have been looking at RAV4’s but it hard to find them in my budget. I’ve found one but it has 112,865 miles and is at a great price range of 10,790. I have the website link as well it’s not a certified Toyota dealership but a private dealership what other information should inquire about.

I would say offer 10K. The used car market it hot and you won't get a nice vehicle like that if you wait. Go for it if you like it and get it inspected by a mechanic.
