That is way too much money and with that mileage, get ready for repairs. I would keep looking.
The only thing I would say to that deal is GOOD BYE. At 180,000miles you would be at the beginning of expensive repairs and a lot of waiting time for the tow truck and at the dealership service center waiting room.
Get an older Lincoln town car.

I spent $11k on a 100k mile example of a 2008 three years ago at a Lexus dealer.
Easy pass.
Don't even think about it, yes Lexus makes great cars but at that mileage, they become endless money pits and things like air suspension are gonna burn your wallet when it breaks. Try looking at a GS as a nice alternative to the LS.
That is waaay overpriced, and then at that mileage you will easily spend many thousands of dollars to have air suspension, knock sensors, starter replaced. If you want a Lexus, look at an ES and GS instead, and also look at a Toyota Avalon.
