Hi Scotty
I have a 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser.
The foam of the steering wheel is coming loose from the inner ring or hoop.
The foam is still intact but you can roll it back and forth.
It's a very uneasy feeling when you hold the wheel.
Is there a way to glue it back to the rum.

I suppose it's possible, but foam does not play well with glue in my experience. Perhaps this would work better for you? (Get a lace-up one so you can make it tight for a firm grip)
